Why Seiba exists
We’ve seen the problem from inside healthtech.
Seiba started inside healthtech. Our founder, Shoa, spent about 6.5 years building ML and data systems, including about 3 years at Function Health across ML engineering, data platform and AI R&D. Behind every delayed launch, unreliable output and stalled AI initiative, the same pattern kept showing up. The model was rarely the problem. The data underneath it was.
Some of the most capable teams in the industry spend their time navigating disconnected data, unclear system behavior and operational friction long before any meaningful AI work can begin.
